We want this to be a forum where your opinion is as important as ours. A site where those interested in Huntsville will come regularly and find news, views and opinions that are not covered in-depth by the Forester.

There will be a new entry every weekday. Content will be so varied it could be anything. One day an investigative entry on our health care system, the next a rant from a high school student. Every Monday there will be a slide show of a weekend event; every other weekday something different; from politics to profiles; from sports to shopping.

We want you to participate. Make comments. Let us know when you disagree. The idea is to keep it very local . . . just Huntsville. Information you won’t get elsewhere on the web. We hope to make the ‘Online’ interesting enough to get you hooked. That way you’ll include us in your daily routine; bookmark us in your favourites. We know you’re busy, that’s why we won’t post anything that will take more than about four minutes of your time . . . a quick read with morning coffee.

If you have an event you would like the community to know about; let us know. If you feel strongly about an issue, write a piece and we’ll consider publishing it. If you know something we don’t, get in touch. We are always looking for good ideas.

We are starting this venture in a very modest way and hopefully it will grow into a positive voice for the community reflecting the same strength and vitality; the same diversity and character. At least that is our goal. That is our vision.
